State made placards and banners welcoming the arrival of Iranian regime president, Rouhani to Andeshe city were set on fire on Monday night May 25, 2015 by Karaj youth changing the welcoming tone of greeting his arrival. Karaj is located 26 miles northwest of the capital Tehran.
