Sabah Al-Saedi, member of the Iraqi Parliament Regularizing Commission said Nouri Maliki has a role in the Russian arms deal financial fraud case.
Various parties seek to have this case closed and to make behind-the-curtain deals in this regard, and among them are Nouri Maliki, his official spokesman and the supervisor of the defense ministry, the Iraqi MP said.
Al-Saedi stressed there are numerous reasons proving fraud and corruption in these deals, he added.
