Iraqi Deputy Prime Minister Dr. Saleh al-Mutlak said he will not remain in a cabinet that is taking steps to break the ties between Iraq’s own people.
Saleh al-Mutlak added he has told al-Anbar Province officials to give him time to resolve the cruelty enforced upon this region before the country is forced into a dangerous downfall.
