The Iranian regime’s henchmen in Tehran’s notorious Evin Prison delivered 74 lashes to political prisoner Peyman Aref before realising him from prison. Aref, a law student in Tehran University, was arrested and convicted to 74 lashes on the charge of insulting Ahmadinejad. He was arrested when the mullahs’ security forces raided his home in February of this year and took him in custody.
