Kahlid al-Yamani, Yemen Permanent Representative in the United Nations accused Houthi militants of violating the recent ceasefire in many case and forced it into defeat, Al Arabiya TV reported on July 29th.
Yemen has called on the UN to adopt a decisive position to stop the Houthis’ aggressions and force them to return to political negotiations.
The Security Council is responsible for forcing back rebels in Yemen and have them return to the political trend based on the initiative proposed by the Gulf countries, being of course the principled path, al-Yamani added.
