Citing its reporter from Arbil, Iraq, VOA reported: The Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corp (IRGC) has stationed considerable forces in Gadaran region in Oshnaviyeh township in Iranian province of West Azarbaijan, bordering Arbil province in Iraq. These forces are equipped with heavy arms.
