Civil activist Abbas Lesani, currently behind bars in Ardebil Prison, has launched a hunger strike protesting the harassment by prison officials and lack of any supplies in this ward. He was transferred to the quarantine section by prison authorities. Lesani was arrested on Wednesday, July 22.
