The political prisoners in room 12 of Gohardasht Prison’s Ward 2 in the city of Karaj, in protest to the raid of prison officials, chanted “Death to Khamenei”, “Death to dictator” and “Death to tyrant” slogans on Saturday, 25 January. The oppressive forces, fearing the protest would spread throughout the ward, quickly pulled out of room 12. In this brutal raid, criminals such as Bahraini, the prison’s intelligence chief; Amirian, prison deputy; and Aghai participated and led the attack against the political prisoners.
