The majority group of 14 March in Lebanese Parliament is planning to present a draft resolution to the UN Security Council to condemn the conspiracy of Iranian and Syrian regimes in Lebanon’s political process.

The Al-Akhbar daily published in Beirut wrote: the proposal considers interventions by the Iranian and Syrian regimes and their affiliated groups in Lebanon as the main cause for closure of Lebanese Parliament and restraint over appointing the new president.

The majority of Lebanese Parliament in their proposal calls on the UN Security Council to put pressure on the Iranian and Syrian regimes to stop intervention in Lebanon’s internal affairs.
