Despite ousting Victory Yanukovych from the presidency, bunkers and tents remain in place in Kiev’s Independence Square, showing the brave protesters are very much alert.
“We must not bring down the bunkers until all members of the government are replaced and the country is stable. We must never leave our bunkers,” one protester in Kiev’s Maidan sq. said.
In the square pictures were placed and engulfed with flowers of those who lost their loves, dubbed the “Heavenly 100”. Everyone in the square commemorated their sacrifice and dedication against the previous regime’s crackdown.
