Kuwait’s al-Seyassah daily wrote two senior members of the Shiite National Alliance have called on Khamenei to block any visit by Qassem Suleimani to Karbala and Najaf under any pretext deemed necessary because Grand Ayatollah Ali Sistani is extremely displeased of him, and he considers Qassem Suleimani as the individual responsible for all the events in Iraq’s northern and western cities that have fallen to ISIS.
Al-Seyassah added Suleimani acted with negligence regarding the recommendations provided by Sistani on establishing a government in Iraq.
