Los Angeles (AFP) March 28, 2016 – Bernie Sanders has beaten Democratic frontrunner Hillary Clinton in a presidential caucus in Hawaii for his third successive victory, according to US media reports.
NBC News and other major media outlets said Sanders is projected to have 71 percent support in Saturday’s caucus vote in Hawaii, against 29 percent for Clinton.
Sanders enjoyed similarly big wins earlier Saturday in the western states of Alaska and Washington.
