Yemen President Abed Rabbo Mansour Hadi decided on Sunday with Prime Minister Khalid Bahah to not take part in any negotiations with the Iran-backed Houthi militants and the ousted dictator Ali Abdullah Salah unless they unconditionally recognize United Nations Security Council Resolution 2216.
They went on to add the time and place of the negotiations will not be specified before the Houthis and elements loyal to ousted dictator Ali Abdullah Salah recognize this UNSC resolution.
