Dr. Saleh Mutlaq, leader of the Iraqi Front for National Dialogue, expressed his opposition to the transfer of Ashraf protection and said: “There is no nationalist forces in Iraq who wants such a thing; it is clear that the world community, the International Committee of Red Cross(ICRC) and the United Nations and Geneva Convention emphasize on the necessity of protection of this organization and its members in Iraq. It is Iraq’s responsibility as a country to protect this organization and this people inside Iraqi soil.”

Saleh Mutlaq asserted that transfer of Ashraf protection is in favor of the Iranian regime and its first loser is the Iraqi people.
